Drills for Skills Class - All gym members (any program) are welcome this class will provide an intense conditioning and skill development work out. See MMA for listing.

*MMA members - All new members start in the beginner/intermediate class, the coach will let you know when you can also attend the advanced class.

Cross Conditioning Fitness - Prior to starting program, set a one on one appointment for evaluation.

All Members - All members may utilize weights and cardio equipment on your own time during gym hours when the room is not in use. Refer to the schedule. All classes meet in that room except MMA.

Try Outs - must be phone or email screened for try out approval.

Athletic Program - Prior to attending phone or email your sport so we are prepared.
