Beast Mode Challenge

On June 1, 2013 Team Warrior Concepts Inc. brings you the second installment of "THE BEAST MODE CHALLENGE." This event follows in the spirit and attitude of the "Warrior Dash™", "Spartan Race™", and "Tough Mudder™".

The Race will span the farm located in SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS AT 5200 NORTH WALNUT, (Rt 29, just past the Springfield Airport on the Sangamon River).

The race consists of a 6-7K Run with many surprises and challenging obstacles. Some similar to the first year and new exciting additions!The obstacles will range from small hill climbs and runs to Rope courses, mud pits, cargo nets, water slides, tire walls, rolling monkey bars and much more await you in this race!

Once you "Beast Out" of the cage you will find yourself running toward your first obstacle, only first sinking into mud pits and dodging paint balls or other unique items, wearing gas masks and attempting to get past "Tamikka" Battle Stick Isle! You will find 20 or more obstacles and activities that may include: Mystery Tent (obstacles in dark), Ice Pool (with over and under obstacles), Leaps on Hell (fire jumps), Holy Sh** (unstable "mountain"), Muddy net crawls, cargo net climbs, Rip Cord Spider Webs. Hay bale pyramid climbs, Hedge Hog Crawl, Greased Pyramid Climbs, Slat Wall Climbs, Water Slide Hill, Tall Grass Runs, Rock Wall Climb, River Hill Climb, River Tunnel Pass, Tube Crawls, Tire Walls, Tire Monkey Bars, Over River Runs, Budweiser Keg Carry... and more!

If you feel you can not complete an obstacle you will be guided around and docked on official time. Prizes for top male, female adult and youth as well as overall top ten (Prizes to be determined closer to race day). You will cross the finish line and directly join the fun at the party tent! This year we will offer male/female changing stations in addition to our "shower station" to get the mud off!

There will be an all-day after race party/cook out with music, food, beer and drinks. (non participants are welcome to join or wait for you in the party area and view the race on TV screens).

Bring your "BEAST MODE" attitude, running gear and get ready for the most fun and challenging course Springfield has ever seen! The second installment comes to you after our overwhelming requests from previous participants and our front page news article!

Participants will receive a T-shirt and with registration. Participants will get a confirmation email stating race day info. Come 1 hour prior to heat for check in, $3 for parking, bring gloves for course, change of clothes and lawn chair for party.

Participants are age 13 and up (under 18 must have parent sign them up on registration). Each individual will have an official timer (My Laps Company will host timing). If you would like to run with a group, you will need to sign up for the same heat time (each individual must register on their own). Heat times are limited and are first come first serve. No heat time changes unless there is an opening the day of. This event is rain or shine and NON-REFUNDABLE, see registration area for possible transfer/gifting options. Fee will apply if available. There will be prizes/awards for top male and female adult, and youth.

**Day of spots only after May 17th, you will not get a shirt that day, it will be sent to you, and you will not be officially timed).
Heats will be first come first serve and are limited by number.
